Shipping and Returns
If your item is eligible for a return, you may request a return authorization within 14 days from the shipping date by emailing info@capranea.com
Any requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The shipment cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer.
